What is Magusterium?
Magusterium is an AI assistant specialized in Zoroastrianism. It's trained on sacred texts, scholarly works, and traditional knowledge to provide accurate, respectful answers about Zoroastrian theology, history, practices, and culture.
How do I ask questions?
Simply type your question in the chat box on the home page. You can ask about Zoroastrian concepts, prayers, festivals, history, or anything else related to the tradition. The AI will provide thoughtful, well-sourced answers.
What are the query limits?
Guests can ask up to 10 questions per day. Creating a free account increases this to 100 questions per day, plus you get access to chat history and learning progress tracking.
Can I install this as an app?
Yes! Magusterium is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On mobile, visit the site and tap "Add to Home Screen" in your browser menu. On desktop Chrome, click the install icon in the address bar. The app works offline for basic features.
Where does the information come from?
Our AI is trained on primary Zoroastrian texts (Avesta, Gathas, Pahlavi literature), the Sacred Books of the East translations, academic scholarship, and content from trusted sources like eFireTemple.com. We cite sources whenever possible.
